- ¼ tsp each turmeric and myrrh (myrrh is readily available in health food stores)
- A pinch of saffron
- A bit of warm water or Manuka honey

2. Calendula gel/cream
A surefire way of getting rid of ringworm scars and discoloration without opting for surgery is calendula. The bright orange flowers of calendula help prevent inflammation and heal the skin quickly. Look for good quality calendula ointment or gel readily available in drug stores.
3. Oatmeal baths
This is an effective natural remedy to prevent ringworm scarring. Blend a cup of oatmeal in a food processor or coffee grinder. The resulting powder should be very fine and should readily absorb water when mixed with it. Dissolve the ground oatmeal in your bath water. The water should appear milky.
